Pre-Teens Program (10-12 yrs. old)
Building on the concept learned through the Mighty Mites Program, Pre-Teens maximize growth potential priority to puberty. Pre-Teen programs are based on individual progression and include:
  • Compound lifting movements
  • Advanced lifting motor patterns
  • Increased volume of resistance training
  • Intermediate/advanced agility movements
  • Speed training
  • Endurance conditioning
  • Nutrition for growing bodies

Teens (13-17 yrs. old)
Individual guidelines for strength and conditioning are based on specific goals, rather than general guidelines (sports specific vs. weight loss). Due to the differences in the level of physical maturity associated with puberty, motor skills and gender, each teen will receive an individualized program determined by the initial evaluation.
